Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below as standard.
Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DPD, UPS, GLS, DHL or a freight forwarder. You can find the respective shipping costs in the tables below.
If you would like us to ship to a country not listed in the table, please write us an e-mail ([email protected]) before placing an order and state the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and costs.
The entire shopping basket is taken into account when determining the shipping price. You will be informed of the exact shipping prices during the ordering process, both here on the item and in the shopping basket and at the end of the order. The type of shipping is always determined by the item in the shopping basket with the highest shipping costs and the total weight of the shopping basket.
If the total weight determined at the end of the order process exceeds the maximum weight of 31.50 kg, delivery will be made in several individual packaging units.

For shipping within Germany, we calculate the costs per order depending on the weight. You can see the shipping weight for each item on the details page.
For cash on delivery shipments, we charge an additional uniform fee of 15.00 euros.
Bulky goods surcharge: For items that either exceed a weight of 31.5 kg or exceed the shipment dimensions of up to 120cm x 60cm x 60cm (length x width x height) due to their size, we charge a surcharge of 39.90 Euro per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs. This will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

Items for which this restriction already applies due to their individual weight are marked with the note "bulky goods surcharge" on the brief description of the product.
If an item is returned to us, for example, due to undeliverability or non-collection within the storage periods, we will charge the return costs invoiced to us of a flat rate of 7.50 euros.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge if the gross order value exceeds 750.00 euros.
For shipping outside Germany, we charge the costs per order depending on the weight. You can see the shipping weight for each item on the details page.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of € 91.00 for articles with a total weight of more than 31.5 kg.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you.
These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

For deliveries to Switzerland no bulky goods dispatch can be offered.
For our customers in the UK:
Shipping to Great Britain is relatively easy only up to an amount of 1000 EUR in terms of administrative processing.
If the amount is exceeded, however, customs also require an EORI number from private individuals.
This EORI number can be applied for quickly and easily by any private individual in England.
For orders over 1000 EUR, simply provide us with this EORI number along with your address details.
Unfortunately, this is a further tightening since the beginning of 2023, after Brexit.

Returns
You have changed your mind and do not want to accept the goods after all? Here it is sufficient, if you adhere to our conditions of revocation, which are linked here. You bear the direct costs of the return.
Avoid sending parcels back with postage unpaid, otherwise we will have to charge you for the additional costs of the return with postage unpaid.

Right of withdrawal
For all articles you have full right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for delivery and payment shall be Erkrath.
Further information
Shipments are delivered after receipt of payment with order tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us if you would like to choose this delivery method.
We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
Has the parcel still not arrived after several days and not been left with your neighbours?
Contact our customer service so that we can use a tracking request to track down the package and resend it to you if the item is still in stock in the size you requested.

Delivery times
Our delivery times are statistically averaged over the most recent period. Our contracted shipping companies are happy to deliver within Germany on the next working day after collection from us without any additional charges. For deliveries within the EU or outside it takes more days, as often other local delivery services are involved.
Unfortunately, the shipping companies do not guarantee this delivery time, which is often referred to as the standard delivery time. This is unfortunately excluded without exception by the respective general terms and conditions of the shipping companies. This can also mean that even if the delivery takes several weeks - i.e. if the "standard delivery time" is seriously exceeded - we have no legal recourse against the delivery service.
Only by using services that are subject to surcharges, such as express delivery or delivery on a certain day, we are in a better position to counteract delays accordingly.
So please do not hesitate to contact us if you want your time-critical shipments to arrive safely and on time: We are happy to help if there are to be no nasty surprises when it comes to delivery times.
Damages in transit
If the delivery already shows external damage when it is handed over (carton torn open, damaged and possibly wrapped in foil), please complain to your delivery agent immediately and contact us directly: [email protected].
Your consignment was damaged in transit to you.
In addition to the recommendations for action already mentioned, the following applies directly when the consignment is handed over:
To ensure that any claims for damages are not lost, the damaged consignment must be inspected as soon as possible (for all consignments outside Germany: in the country of destination).
There are different deadlines and possibilities for this (e.g. inspection at the branch or personal photo documentation). As the recipient, it is best to enquire directly with your local delivery service provider.
After the assessment has taken place, the shipping company, such as DHL Germany, receives the assessment document from the local delivery service provider and processes the damage report further.
As soon as a result is available, we as the shipper will also be contacted again and can give you further information immediately.
Until then, please keep not only the damaged item but also all shipping materials as evidence and do not destroy them until you have received clearance from us to do so.
Self pick-up
If you would like to collect your purchased goods yourself, please do the following:
- If possible, please pay in advance during the ordering process or alternatively plan for cashless payment by card.
- Ideally, you should then arrange the collection date with us by e-mail. (We will then put together your shopping basket and make sure that everything is ready for collection in Erkrath or Haan).
