Water set Frostcontrol type TB (flexible hose ø10 mm) for Truma Combi

The Truma FrostControl Set is a drain valve for the drinking water storage tank (boiler). Every boiler must be protected against frost damage.
The FrostControl drain valve protects the direct pipe system and the expensive boiler against frost damage:

The water is automatically drained from temperatures lower than approx. 3° Celsius.
The water flows off via a drain pipe.
This means that no water pipe or boiler can burst due to ice formation.

From an ambient temperature of approx. 7° Celsius, the valve can be manually closed again and the boiler refilled.

If there is a risk of frost or overpressure, the currentless drain valve opens automatically to empty the boiler via the water pipe.

The valve can also be opened manually.
