Schaudt  25 A Charging booster WA 121525 for motorhomes, caravans

The Booster WA12525 is used for optimal charging of 6-cell 12V lead-acid, lead-gel, AGM and lithium batteries in motorhomes while driving, independent of the alternator voltage.

The booster is a clocked up/down converter that compensates for the fluctuating alternator voltage and provides a high charging current.

If the towing vehicle is to be able to charge the battery in a caravan with an additional battery, a booster must be installed which - assuming a sufficiently large cable cross-section - amplifies the charging current of the alternator when it is connected through the plug contacts of the trailer coupling.
