Drinking water is probably the most important food. We cannot live without the coveted water and use it daily for drinking, cooking, brushing our teeth, showering and washing.
So it is not surprising that the number of taps has grown steadily with the increasing demand for comfort in the motorhome and that today, as a matter of course, hot water preparation in the caravan has become a cherished standard in addition to cold water.
To keep the drinking water clean from the water tank to the tap and to protect it from germs, the water pipes - as well as the tank itself - must be regularly flushed or emptied and, if necessary, cleaned so that the precious commodity does not spoil.
Water and sanitation in caravans and campers
We offer pressure-stable water pipes for both cold water and hot water supply that comply with the strict requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance. For branches or changes of direction, both bends and distributors can be found in the range, so that additional taps (e.g. for an outdoor shower) can also be installed at a later date.
Here, frost drains are just as much a part of the drinking water pipe system as powerful pumps that build up sufficient water pressure to guarantee real showering pleasure in the sanitary area as at home.
The trend towards self-sufficient living in caravans has been unstoppable since the experience with contact restrictions in the Corona year 2020.
